I visited Kate at the store where she works in Williamsburg. It’s called Tria.
Look at her laughing at what a strange world she works in. There’s a milliner and she makes crazy, sometimes scary, hats. Apparently, there’s one that has a dead bat on it. There were many more with parts of other dead animals, like this small rodent skull:
Another strange object I saw was an old pince-nez without lenses. When I tried it on all that was missing was a bowler and a satchel full of opium. It was definitely a fun place for collectors.
